Transfer to Delphi Elementary School

If you live within the Delphi school district and wish to enroll a student during the school year, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact the school your student(s) will be attending

  • School office personnel will help answer any questions and will schedule an in-person appointment for registration.
  • Delphi Community Elementary School (Grades PK-5): (765) 564-3895

2. Bring the following documentation for registration:

  • State-issued Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Residency
  • Current Immunization Records
  • Guardianship Papers (if applicable)
  • Name of the Previous School

3. Complete registration online using Skyward Family Access

  • School office personnel will help you set up a Skyward Family Access account to register your student(s).
  • Family Access Setup

Delphi is now accepting student transfer applications for the 2025-2026 school year for families living outside of the district!

 

2025-2026 Student Transfer Application

 

Please follow the steps below for enrolling a new student:

1. Submit the student transfer application

  • Fill out and complete the online transfer application linked above.
  • Applications will be reviewed by the principals and/or the superintendent.

2. Schedule a registration appointment

  • If accepted, families will be notified
  • Delphi Community Elementary School (Grades PK-5):  (765) 564-3895

3. Bring the following documentation for registration:

  • State-issued Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Residency
  • Current Immunization Records
  • Guardianship Papers (if applicable)
  • Name of the Previous School
